With some building plots, it works best to put the main entrance to the house not on the eaves wall of the house, as is typical, but on the gable wall as with the Doppelhaus 124. Access, positioning and house orientation can be better planned to suit the characteristics of the site.
The ground-floor layout includes a large, open-plan dining kitchen laid out as a communal living kitchen, forming the focal point for family life. A separate living room, a utility/boiler room and a ground floor WC complete the accommodation at ground floor. The first floor houses two children’s bedrooms, the master bedroom with dressing room and a family bathroom. This 124 m² house can be extended with the addition of an optional dormer window.
