AIR TO WATER HEAT PUMP WITH VENTILATION FUNCTION

HOW IT WORKS

Even when temperatures outside are at their lowest, the outside air still contains enough energy to provide heating and hot water. The principle used is similar to that of a refrigerator – only in reverse. While a refrigerator extracts the heat from its interior and emits it outside, the air to water heat pump extracts energy from the outside air and transmits it to the heating system as heat.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The system is run on free-of-charge energy from the outside air. Producing 4 kWh of this energy requires
        around 1 kWh of electricity.

The integrated ventilation system with heat recovery makes for a pleasant and fresh indoor climate and
significantly increases home comfort. Windows can remain closed in winter, but be opened to air the house
at warmer times of the year.

Due to the low flow-temperature, this system is suitable for underfloor heating only and is included in a
        Hanse Haus as standard.

During warmer months, hot water can be provided in combination with a solar energy system.
