The first wall panel is set in position and securely anchored to the basement slab.

The ground floor is built quickly and easily. Next, laying the thermal insulation and sound proofing for the first floor begins.

Day 1 / 12.00noon
Internal stairs, made in the factory and carefully packed, are installed.

Day 1/ 06.00pm
The pre-fabricated roof elements are fixed down in preparation for roofing.

Day 2 / 07.00am
On the second day, the roof goes on.

Day 2 / 04.00pm
The roof is in place and the house is protected from the elements.

Weeks 2-4
Inside, fitting out begins with the installation of sanitary ware…

Week 5
Installation of sanitary ware has been finished...

Week 6
...and the furnitures is set in place by the owners.
